This film opening taken from previous AS Level Media students has numerous micro features. These include camera, editing, sound and mise en scene. Through these micro features, as the audience we are able to acknowledge which thriller sub-genre this opening is going to be. Throughout this opening, we are drawn to one particular character who is given the most screen time allowing her to have more importance and take a dominant role over the characters.
